Slotted Index Plate (Before & After Finishing)

Index plate fine-blanked from thick sheet, with a central slot carrying several locating teeth along one side, mounting holes around the body and a pointed front end. Left in the photo is the as-blanked part, right is the finished part after surface grinding, showing the difference in surface and edges. Suited to mechanisms needing slot guidance and stepped positioning; tooth count and hole pattern to customer drawing.
